What Desk141 does
Invoices
Write invoices with consecutive numbers, send them by e-mail with an online link (print and PDF included), and keep track of their status – open, paid, overdue. With bank details and payment reference for everyone who prefers a bank transfer.
Subscriptions & contracts with renewal
Set up recurring services as a subscription or contract. When a period ends, Desk141 renews automatically and issues the next invoice – without anyone having to remember.
Reminder before renewal
In good time before every renewal, an e-mail goes to the customer – and one to you or your team. No surprises, and cancellations or changes arrive before the next invoice.
Online payment via Stripe
Every invoice can be paid online right away – by credit card or SEPA direct debit. The money goes to your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect.
Automatic payment
Customers can store a card or a SEPA mandate. Every renewal is then charged automatically – no chasing, no outstanding items.
Customer area
Your customers see their invoices and subscriptions in one place, pay open amounts, and manage their payment method themselves.
Data exchange with Contract141
If you keep your contracts in Contract141, you can exchange data with Desk141 via API – so contracts and billing are not maintained twice.

Your own instance

Fees
Desk141 earns when you earn: online payments carry a small platform fee on top of Stripe's own fee – bank transfers to your account are not affected.
